Urgent medical care: call Triple Zero (000) or attend your nearest hospital emergency department if you experience severe swelling, difficulty breathing, uncontrollable bleeding, or trauma to the face or jaw,

Concerns About Your Care

If you have concerns about the dental care you received at our practice, you have the right to make a complaint to AHPRA. This allows AHPRA to review the concern and ensure safe, professional dental care.

To make a complaint:

  1. Visit the AHPRA Notifications page: https://www.ahpra.gov.au/Notifications/Concerned-about-a-health-practitioner.aspx

  2. Read the guidance: Understand what types of concerns can be reported and how the process works.

  3. Submit your notification: You can do this online, by phone, or by post using the contact details provided.

All notifications are treated confidentially and fairly.
